He points out things in a house that you might otherwise not notice because he wants you to make a good decision buying a house. If there is something wrong with the house he points it out right away. That's comforting to me and my wife because no one wants a money pit! I highly recommend Norman Armstrong! (less)

I have used Norman twice to list my home! Both time times he was very professional and had great knowledge of processing a short sale (which has an abundance of complicated paperwork)! The first time he listed the home, it had a contract on it within a month. The deal did not go through because short sales usually take longer than a conventional purchase and the buyers could not wait. The second time I tried selling my home, I used Norman again! This time the deal was successful! I would highly recommend Norman to anyone who is looking to sale their home! Norman has a wealth of knowledge in doing a short sale as well as the real estate market as a whole! Hands down the best in town!!! (less)
